Privacy policy
Effective Date: OCTOBER 2026
Last Updated: OCTOBER 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Endereza Law, PLLC (“Endereza Law,” the “Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://www.enderezalaw.com, including any webpages, forms, resources, and online services made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Informational Purposes Only
The materials provided on this Site are for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site is intended to constitute, and should not be relied upon as, legal advice regarding any particular facts, circumstances, or legal matter.
Laws and regulations may change, and information on the Site may not reflect the most recent legal developments. You should consult a qualified attorney regarding your particular circumstances before acting or relying on information concerning a legal matter.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Your access to or use of the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Endereza Law or any attorney associated with the Firm.
Submitting an inquiry, intake form, email, text message, voicemail, or other communication to the Firm does not establish an attorney-client relationship or obligate Endereza Law to represent you.
An attorney-client relationship is established only when Endereza Law has expressly agreed to undertake the representation and the Firm’s applicable engagement requirements have been completed.
3. Confidentiality of Communications
Please do not send confidential, privileged, highly sensitive, or time-sensitive information through the Site or a general Firm email address unless an attorney or authorized Firm representative has instructed you to do so.
Information provided before an attorney-client relationship has been established may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege or otherwise treated as confidential.
Submission of information through the Site also does not prevent Endereza Law from representing another person or entity in the same or a related matter unless the Firm has agreed otherwise.
4. Conflicts Review
Information submitted to Endereza Law may be used to conduct a conflict-of-interest review and to determine whether the Firm is able and willing to consider a potential engagement.
You should not assume that Endereza Law has agreed to represent you unless and until the Firm expressly communicates its acceptance of the engagement.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Descriptions of the Firm’s services, experience, representative matters, prior results, testimonials, case studies, publications, or other information appearing on the Site are provided for informational purposes only.
Past results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter. Every legal matter is different, and results depend upon the particular facts, circumstances, applicable law, and other factors.
Texas’s professional-conduct rules prohibit false or misleading communications concerning a lawyer or law firm’s qualifications or services, including communications substantially likely to create unjustified expectations regarding results.
6. Attorney Advertising
This Site may constitute attorney advertising under applicable law or professional rules.
The attorneys of Endereza Law are licensed to practice law only in the jurisdictions identified in their respective biographies or otherwise stated on this Site. Nothing on this Site is intended to imply that an attorney is authorized to practice law in a jurisdiction in which the attorney is not properly licensed or otherwise authorized to practice.
7. Website Forms and Intake
The Site may provide forms that allow you to request information, submit a prospective-client inquiry, schedule a consultation, provide intake information, register for communications or events, or otherwise communicate with Endereza Law.
Submission of a form:
- does not create an attorney-client relationship;
- does not guarantee that Endereza Law will accept your matter;
- does not constitute the Firm’s agreement to take action on your behalf;
- does not guarantee that a conflict of interest does not exist; and
- should not be relied upon to satisfy any legal, filing, response, notice, or limitation deadline.
Do not use a website form to communicate an emergency or a legal deadline requiring immediate action.
8. Electronic Communications and Text Messaging
If you provide Endereza Law with an email address or telephone number, the Firm may use the contact information you provide to communicate with you regarding your inquiry, appointments, intake, documents, billing, or other matters relating to your interaction or relationship with the Firm, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.
Where you consent to SMS or text messaging, message and data rates imposed by your wireless provider may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of applicable text communications by following the opt-out instructions provided with the message, including replying STOP when that option is provided.
Endereza Law may use third-party technology providers, including Clio, to facilitate electronic communications. Clio supports SMS and MMS communications using a Firm-assigned toll-free number. Clio also states that conversations stored within its platform are encrypted, but ordinary text messages are not encrypted while in transit.
Accordingly, you should not use SMS or ordinary email to send highly sensitive information or confidential documents when the Firm has provided a more secure method of communication.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to Endereza Law’s Privacy Policy, which describes how the Firm collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information.
To the extent applicable, Texas law provides certain consumers rights regarding their personal information and imposes privacy-related obligations on businesses covered by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and our Privacy Policy concerning the collection or processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy will govern with respect to those privacy matters.
10. Electronic Payments
The Site may provide links or access to third-party services through which clients can pay invoices, replenish retainers or client funds, or make other payments to the Firm.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party service providers and may be subject to their separate terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
Making a payment through the Site does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship or constitute the Firm’s acceptance of a new engagement.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, downloadable materials, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Endereza Law and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view, download, or print Site materials for your personal, noncommercial informational use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content without the Firm’s prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
12. Permitted Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or associated accounts;
- interfere with the proper operation or security of the Site;
- introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful technologies;
- use automated systems to access or extract Site content in a manner that materially interferes with operation of the Site; or
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity when submitting information to the Firm.
We may restrict access to the Site where we reasonably believe its use violates these Terms or applicable law.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, payment processors, scheduling platforms, social-media services, maps, videos, or other external resources.
These third-party services may operate under separate terms and privacy policies. Endereza Law does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, privacy practices, or security.
The inclusion of a link does not necessarily constitute Endereza Law’s endorsement of the third party or its content.
14. Website Availability and Accuracy
Endereza Law endeavors to provide useful and accurate information but does not warrant that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete, current, or free from errors.
We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time.
Nothing on the Site should be relied upon as a substitute for obtaining legal advice concerning your individual circumstances.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Endereza Law disclaims warranties regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or suitability of the Site or its content except to the extent such warranties cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Endereza Law and its attorneys, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for losses or damages arising solely from your use of or inability to use the Site or your reliance upon general informational content available through the Site.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, or to alter any duties that apply after an attorney-client relationship has been established.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law is required to apply.
Any dispute relating solely to use of this Site will be subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section changes any rights, responsibilities, or dispute-resolution provisions contained in an engagement agreement between Endereza Law and a client.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
19. Changes to These Terms
Endereza Law may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the Site, the Firm’s practices, technology, or applicable requirements.
The current version will be posted on this Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
