Elena Villaseñor Sullivan founded Endereza Law with a clear mission: to provide business owners with legal support that feels like a partnership — not a transaction. With over two decades of experience spanning litigation, in-house counsel, and executive leadership, Elena brings a rare blend of legal precision, operational insight, and strategic thinking to every client relationship.
She’s been in the boardroom, in the courtroom, and in the trenches with business owners making high-stakes decisions. She’s not just a lawyer who reviews contracts or flags risks — she’s a trusted advisor who helps clients make confident decisions, navigate complexity, and build businesses that are legally sound and built to last.
Before founding Endereza Law, Elena served as General Counsel for a national franchise system, where she led legal strategy, compliance, and risk management across a network of over 100 locations. She also held senior legal and compliance roles in highly regulated industries, advising on corporate governance, employment law, and operational risk.
Earlier in her career, Elena was a litigation partner at a major Texas law firm, where she represented clients in complex commercial disputes and internal investigations. She’s known for her ability to resolve issues strategically — but when litigation is necessary, she’s a fierce and focused advocate who knows how to fight smart.
This diverse background — spanning business law, franchise law, employment law, business litigation, and compliance — gives Elena a unique ability to see the full picture. She understands how legal decisions impact operations, people, and long-term strategy. That’s why clients trust her not just as a lawyer, but as a partner in their business success.
Clients describe Elena as clear, responsive, and deeply invested in their success. She’s known for simplifying the complex, creating order from chaos, and helping clients feel empowered — not overwhelmed — by legal decisions.
Whether she’s guiding a franchisor through FDD updates, helping a founder negotiate a critical contract, or advising a leadership team on compliance risks, Elena brings a steady hand, a strategic mind, and genuine care for the people behind the business.
